Characteristics：

① Fully automatic powder feeding, compacting and demoulding. Easy to fix and remove the die.

Product thickness stability: ±0.05mm, thickness min can reach 0.6mm (powder conditions depended);

Little powder leakage (normally ≤0.5%), low-cost of die, little area occupied, and easy to maintain.

② Directly forming for powders with good flowability; for powder with bad flowability, related assisted devices available for automatic forming.

③ 10T press can be used to compactφ230-30 circular saw blade insert  (15-25 /min);

   20T press can be used to compact 1.6m saw blade insert (2/time, 30-40/min), or 40*20*0.6 ~10mm insert compacts (1/time).

④ Powder provided by customer, sample press and trial die pressing can be available in Shenzhen Plant
